We are the 2nd owners, having purchased the Globetrotter in May 2021 in Brainerd, Minnesota. It has always been stored undercover when not in use, and is in excellent condition. There are a couple tiny hail dimples in the front roof panel, but no other blemishes. We have enjoyed camping in the Airstream in many Idaho State Parks, and journeyed back to our favorite Washington coast campsite at Grayland Beach State Park this spring, and visited family. It tows perfectly with our Dodge Durango SRT (8700 lb towing capacity), and is very easy to set up at the campsites. We have put a total of 6500 miles on the Globetrotter, including the trip back from Minnesota when we purchased it. The tires look like new, and all systems work flawlessly.
The Twin Bed version is very convenient and comfortable for a non-smoking retired couple and our mini-doodle, and would work well with another couple or grandkids since the dinette and lounge convert into 3 or 4 additional beds. The Globetrotter is always admired and a good conversation starter at the campsites. We are now ready to move on in our later years and desire to find a nice home for our beautiful Airstream.
We require a deposit, cashier’s check, or funds transfer to purchase. We hold the clear title to the Airstream. The purchaser will be responsible for taxes and license/registration fees in their home State. We may be able to deliver the trailer if needed.
