Work completed:

Interior gut and paint -to include removal of all interior built ins and walls, removal of all fixtures (electrical and plumbing), removal of window screen frames, removal of all hardware, main skinwall repaired sealed and caulked as necessary, main skinwall and endcaps spray painted with marine grade top sides enamel, window screen frames restored and painted as above, window screens replaced, all window hardware restored and replaced, door hardware replaced, electrical faceplates replaced.

Plumbing. Remove old water heater and install on demand w/h, remove furnace, remove black water tank, install 12v pump, flush and disinfect potable water tank, relocate ship to shore water connect to rear bumper frame.

Marine grade primer on endcaps and belly curve. New tires.
