We are a couple that like the DYI projects. My wife wanted a travel trailer and after some searching, found this flying cloud that needed some work and we took it on as a COVID project this past year. We have had some changes in our future plans and are moving out of the country for a few years. Rather than having this project wait till wet get back, it would be better that someone else finish her and get her out on the road.

The restoration process is a long one. The flooring has all been replaced. We added two Grey tanks and a black tank into the frame work. Belly cover modified to accommodate the new tanks. The axel was in good condition, we fixed the leaf spring pack and put new Ubolts and shocks on her. New trailer brake wiring, brakes were solid and still in working condition. She comes with 3 seelevel tank monitors for grey, black and fresh. We bought wiring for the inside but didn’t make it that far. We have the first layer of reflective insulation on the inside. Her Windows have all been replaced and tinted. Front window we went with a tented plexiglass for durability. Towing Trailer lights all work and have new upgraded marine grade wiring and bulb sockets with LED lights. Three fantastic fans are installed over head. The center one can be replaced with a air conditioner (our garage was too short for an A/C unit to have on top). We have an assortment of stuff that will go with you to aid in the restoration process.

We hope that those of you looking at her will see the potential of this airstream and what we have done to enhance this classic and bring new life into her for decades to come. The foundation is set, adventurers awaits, good luck and god speed. The Spears
