THis is a rare rear bedroom center bath model originally . I remodel 12 Airstreams, and on this one , my favorite , I have done custom woodwork in this trailer complementing the original interior layout and birch panelled interior. This is one of the rare Airstreams that were built with a rear bedroom and center bath with tub and shower. I have restored the built in cabinets with drawers and panelling . and added birch wainscotting up the walls in the bedroom and the front area,trimming out all that and the windows and doors with bamboo trim. I rebuilt the front and back subfloor and added a new overlay bamboo t and g flooring. throughout. The galley is original with a stainless counter section added with new faucet . stainless backsplash , and added a classic stove from early 60’s vintage . front table and short settee and cabinet was built in character with the rest of the wood and trailer layout. The upper walls and ceiling are oil based linen white gloss. I added . new lighting. stripped the upper metal cabinets over sink galley down to the aluminum .THe
plumbing and electrical are all operational. with a new breaker box added. TH . old water heater still works, but I would recommend a new one , that choice based on how the trailer is to be used , be it stationary or used on the road. THe overhead hatches are new 1 year ago. undercounter 110 refer runs fine. the body is clean with no dents, and was polished 5 years ago. I am selling it for a more than fair below market value for a vintage trailer like this with custom upgrades done to it . Ideal for not just travel but for full time living or studio or office use . This will go up in value. just retitled.
