This old classic has been completely rebuilt on the inside except for the sofa, bed and kitchen stove. Trailer belonged to my late older brother who was an electronic technician by trade and he did an excellent job an the electrical and plumbing systems. The many features to list are new RV style bathroom and shower, water heater and water filter. My late neighbor was a master furniture builder and he built the desk and cabinets from mesquite wood. He also built the remaining cabinets, doors and drawers from pine and did an excellent job as the photos show. The trailer is fully functional and ready to use with two waste water storage tanks and all hoses and connections. Included are spare wheel and tire, electric brake controller, spare water pump and interior light bulbs, Electrical system includes tow deep cycle RV storage batteries with built in charger and 110 volt inverter. Interior has new 110v and 12v lights thru out. As you can see in the photos my brother kept meticulous records of the complete rebuild including receipts and manuals of the rebuild job. Also very clear wiring and plumbing diagrams. Coleman roof top air conditioner works like new on a hot Texas day. Norcord 12 volt refrigerator and GE microwave oven work like. new. Trailer comes with new tires , rebuilt wheel bearings and electric brakes. You will need new curtains and propane tanks.
