Showing Instructions:: contact

Virtual Tour Instructions:: contact

Exterior Condition Description:: The exterior is in good shape. We have replaced all the running lights and tail lights from Vintage Trailer Supply. The camper is not polished. No major dents.

Hail Damage?: Very light on the top surface. Not obvious at all.

Aluminum Body Panels:: All original. One section of the belly pan underneath the bathroom is missing.

Roof Vents and Skylights: : There’s a functioning vent in the hallway and a skylight over the dining area.

Exterior Hatch Covers and Locks:: We had to replace the front door handle with an aluminum patch and regular RV knob. The rare Bargmann L77 that we have, but couldn’t find someone to repair the mechanism will be included in the sale. There are keys to the front door and all other covers are in place.

Windows, Seals and Operators: : The window panes are not original. Several of them are the crank style to open and function. We recently replaced the gasket around the front door.

Entrance Door: : Door within a door. No screen included. The original handle needs work but will be included. A patch and door knob with keys is in its place.

Awnings – Location and Condition:: We have an avocado green and white striped awning in good condition that came with the camper, but we have never tried to set it up. It will be included.

Front A-Frame Condition:: We had the hitch area welded and reinforced. They also rewired and repaired the towing connection.

Rear Bumper / Exposed Frame Condition:: A large silver bumper is welded to the frame in good condition.

Frame Condition:: There was a weak spot of the frame which we had welded and reinforced. We towed and camped last summer with no towing issues.

Sub Floor:: We found dry rot in the rear section of the airstream and replaced the subfloor completely in the back end. We had a section of the subfloor that was damaged in the entry professionally repaired.

Belly Pan: : The rear section of the belly pan was never replaced after we replaced the subfloor.

Interior Layout and Condition:: Upon entry, there is a dining table that converts to a queenish size bed space on the right. We often make out the bed and a queen-size air mattress fits perfectly on top. Then there’s a little kitchenette on the right and bunk beds on the left. Further down the hall is a little bar area, a storage closet, and a bathroom in the back.

Dinette Style and Location:: Enter and it’s immediately on the right surrounded by windows. The benches are a yellow pine look with storage underneath. The table surface is a yellow formica. Folds down to create a bed space.

Bathroom Location and Style:: Bathroom is in the back of the unit.
Mermaid/Merman theme with tiling outside the tub and a new bathroom cabinet and sink. Original mirror anbinet. We removed the black tank and have a self-contained toilet in there. Plumbing to the sink and bathtub work.

Smoking? : NO

Pets? : NO

Sleeping Areas?: Sleeps 4 comfortably. 2 slightly smaller than twin bunks and the dining area creates a queen size sleeping area. We ordered and replaced the bunk mattresses with custom-sized mattresses, which have probably only been slept on 20-30 times.

Mattress and Sleeping Surfaces:: Novice upholstery with new foam for the bench/dining area. We ordered and replaced the bunk mattresses with custom-sized mattresses, which have probably only been slept on 20-30 times.

Interior Soft Surfaces: – Cushions / Fabrics / Upholstery:: Novice upholstery with new foam for the bench/dining area. We can include the bolt of fabric we used too.

Curtains and Blinds: : All homemade track curtains that are fading a bit. No blinds.

Interior Walls: : The walls were painted white when we came into possession, but flaking off everywhere. We attempted to strip, but it wasn’t working well so the full interior has been painted off-white with a texture to it.

Cabinets, Doors and Counters: : All cabinets are latch style and function well. The kitchen countertops are yellow formica and in good shape. A little fold-out extension to the countertop needs repair.

Floor Coverings:: We removed two layers of carpeting when we got the camper. We put down azrock flooring for the first few years and more recently put down laminate wood plank flooring in the main cabin and the bathroom still has the azrock flooring.

Stove and Oven:: A vintage refrigerator and stove are included. We have used the refrigerator, but have never tried to use the oven or any of the four burners. Trav’ler brand in pale yellow and wood grain.

Refrigerator:: I am not sure. I think it’s able to work on either electricity or gas. Insta-matic by Magnovox in pale yellow.

Furnace / Space Heater:: We have never tried to use the heating or anything fueled by propane.

Other Appliances:: We just had a new converter installed.

Plumbing – Water Lines, Water Pump:: Water lines were replaced with flex pipe when we got the airstream.

Hot Water Heater:: We have never tried to use the hot water heater.

Sinks and Taps: : The kitchen sink and bathroom sink both work well. The bathroom is new and the kitchen is original.

Toilet:: Original removed along with toilet plumbing and black tank.

Water Leaks? Water Damage? Mold or Mildew:: Not that we are aware of. Subfloor mold/dry rot mentioned above has been repaired.

Fresh Water Tank:: In place and we’re unsure of capacity or condition. We just plug straight in to water lines at camp spots.

Gray Water Tank: Removed. We just run gray water houses directly out to the provided outlets when camping.

Exterior Water and Sewer Connections:: All functioning.

Air Conditioner:: Custom cover created for roof unit. A/c unit cools fast and works well.

Electrical Service:: Original and one power connection. 3 Prong power cord.

Solar / Batteries / Inverter / Converter:: We just had a new converter installed November 2022.

Sound System / WiFi / Connectivity:: The original radio and speakers in place, we haven’t tried to get it to work.

LP / Propane System – Tanks, Hoses, Regulator:: Two propane tanks at the front of camper. Again, we haven’t ever tried to operate any of the systems fueled by propane, so I do not know.
