This is a one of a kind gem with preserved original interior and appliances, all systems are functioning!
We are only the 3rd owner; clear title; original receipts (since 1960’s!) included with maintenance book.

In original pink:
kitchen sink, bathroom sink, shower/bath, functioning fridge (on all 3 systems), oven and stove – no leaks (comes with an original matching pink baking tray!).
Original furnace works, added a safety switch. Original functioning hot water tank hooked up to new plumbing.
Polished exterior, but left the original ‘plasticoat’ (the vintage airstreams didn’t used to be made buffed to the maximum shine as you see them today) – leaving buffing option to new owner
All new plumbing throughout – hot and cold water lines, new water lines also prepared for drinking water filtration system

Recaulked roof – no leaks
