Priced to sell! Clean FL title.

New plumbing (just discovered leak in pump 1 should be easy fix- so I dropped price), new electric, unused composting toilet, new axles and wheels. Fresh tank and extra tank if you want to use gray – no black bc of composting toilet (Nature’s Head). (Right now, gray water just drains out back via pipe.) Elite RV put in the toilet and did the plumbing work. Firefighter I bought her from did the electrical.
This model was made in CA before Airstream moved to the middle of the country.
To do list: Windows need attention and floor was put in 8 years ago and got wet in the doorway (subfloor is solid) but I have NIB vinyl plank flooring that will go with it. The two outside access doors need new locks and they are a little bent where someone yanked on them (grrr) and the front door needs a new lock.
I did rip out sofa bed in front – was going to build platform queen bed there but now it’s open/empty (strap in your bicycles?). A few spots have the veneer peeling off the plywood so these need to be fixed… or not- your choice. They aren’t critical. I’ve never opened the Zip Dee awning.
Rock solid and a/c and heat work. Stovetop and microwave. Original furnishings. 1 twin foam mattress (2020 Foam Factory) because my son lived in it for a year. Comes with a bunch of great books on Airstreams, and a duffel full of unused Andersen Hitches leveler system.
She came from VA and has been in FL for 8 years. I have photos of some of the early work done on her.
