I use Amerigas propane bottles because you can get an exchange almost anywhere 24/7 for 20 bucks a tank(2 tanks). Completely sanitized the entire water system. New toilet. New modern dump valve. The rest was just ‘elbow grease’ to make her function perfectly. Market value in a good marker is $30k-$40k+ but now she’s at only $27500 obo because I need to sell her asap and it’s a soft market.
