I am the third owner with title. From the axle up has been addressed and I have an extensive photo archive of all work performed. This Airstream is ready to camp or show, spotless, EVERTHING is new or working and turn key.
This skin is as good as I have seen (one dent in rear trim and golf ball ding curb side above vent) all window glass has been polished (original glass) with new glazing, bulb seals and thoroughly lubricated cranks or replaced. Axle has new electric brake plates, bearings cleaned, inspected and greased. New shocks, wheels sandblasted, primed, painted and clear coated. New tires and hubcaps. Frame has been sandblasted, POR15 and topcoat paint. LP tanks sanded, POR 15, painted to match, new LP regulator ( anuto change over) and hoses. Original marker lights, sandblasted, rewired with new lens covers. Furnace diffuser exhaust has been converted into an LED porch light. New Bargman 99 tail light lenses. New seven wire pigtail from junction to tongue.
All Rotten-wood in the subfloor replaced along with new insulation in the belly. Infinity, luxury vinyl put down for flooring, interior wood was replaced with the exception of three walls (closet walls and bathroom, (they were in good condition) Two doors were made for the closet, which originally only had only a curtain. The princess stove was removed and restored to better than before. Refrigerator was removed and an all (U-Line) electric unit put in its place. Original white, porcelain enamel sink is in great condition, a new faucet was added. New countertop, edge banding and door pulls, have all been added that are factory correct. The original propane heater was gutted, the box was sandblasted (POR15) and reinstalled in its original position with an electrical outlet inside for a small ceramic heater. Suburban electric and gas water heater installed (6 gallon) along with all new pex plumbing from start to finish with stainless steel quarter turn shut offs for each faucet, connected with stainless steel braided lines to each. A new Theford commode and handheld shower mixer valve in the bathroom. Bathroom floor has been re-fiberglassed and painted with POR 15 fiberglass kit. The original 20 amp electrical service was abandoned and a new 30 amp service installed, to include a marine breaker (PanelTronics) panel. New converter installed (Fortron Power) along with a battery isolation switch. Original water tank was removed, Inspected, pressure tested, painted and reinstalled over a sheet of stainless steel in the front cap area, along with a new Shurflow electric water pump.
