We have a vintage 1964 Airstream Trade Wind model travel trailer for sale.

it is a single axle model.

We are the third owners and have done a lot to it. New axles, springs and brakes, new wheels and tires, new hot water heater, new 50 amp electric service, new water pump, new toilet. Upgraded and certified aluminum 7.5 gal. propane tanks, two new roof vents. The awning is a ZipDee and is clean and in excellent working order.

The interior does not look like a standard Airstream. The fellow who had it before us was a cabinetmaker and did extensive remodeling. It looks a bit like a boat inside. lots of storage including many drawers under the beds and the couch.The appliances are original. The refrigerator needs a recharge. My wife will be sad to lose the beds as they are the two most comfortable mattresses we own. They are an odd size (smaller than twin} and will not work on our beds.

It tows beautifully and weighs 4000 lbs, a LOT less than the new ones. It has a tongue weight of 430lbs WITH spare wheel and tire and two full 7.5 gal propane tanks.

It comes with an equalizer hitch and a separate stabilizer/sway bar. The torsion bars are quite powerful 1000 lbs and make a big difference when towing the trailer. very little movement side to side. It makes it a breeze to drive on very curvy and hilly roads.

The trailer is in Enumclaw, WA which is about 35 miles SE of Seattle. The stupid program can not find our city of 12,000. Go figure!
