The frame is good, needs partial or full reno depending on your vision! the A/c & heat works, fridge (electric) works but there is no stove. All original windows no broken glass /they all open and close properly , 2 windows need new seals/gasket, no roof leaks, black water tank holds with no leaks, cracked fresh water tank(needs replaced and waterline to it) , toilet works, the tub drain leaks and need to be replaced , original cabinets all open/close. Needs a new battery, power to RV works along with almost all lighting (need bulbs) All New tires! (put on 10/2023.) There was a leak up front( it has been repaired,) the rotten subfloor was removed and needs to be replaced. There’s upholstered bedding/couch but they also need to be redone . There is no awning.
