Major overhaul 2020 to original style

Turns out the Airstream lifestyle just wasn’t for me. Bought in 2016 to use as an auxiliary guest house.

Since restoration in 2020, stored indoors and not used at all. Just moved to Santa Cruz to increase foot traffic viewing.
Restoration included the following:
Interior:
complete floor re-build with new Forbo tile installation. Repaired electrical as needed under floor. Replaced all cushions with new cushions with sunbrella fabric. Fabricated new linen curtains (not yet installed). Retrofitted and restored cabinets to original look. Installed Stainless counter top. New kitchen faucet.
New refrigerator. Repaired and upgraded all electrical as needed. Oven repair to original.
New fresh water tank. New air vent. New hot water heater.
Exterior:
Complete body polish, new propane tanks, polished. New wiring for hitch. New breakaway switch. All new tires, powder coated wheels. Polished Rock guard. Refurbished Airstream Signs- hand painted. New spare tire rack. Water tested. Re-glazed all windows.

Can provide invoice with detail from restorer and can put buyer in contact for verification.
