Since my ownership, I've had the axel replaced, new white paint inside, new black paint on frame outside, new wiring from house to hitch. Door hinge is solid and door closes nicely. Frame is solid and skin is good. New Michelin tires as of 2025. Huge amount of storage space under queen bed. Huge store space at rear – holds two full-sized tires and much more.
