Vintage 1966 Caravel Airstream Trailer. Trailer is 17 feet in length. This trailer is ready to go! It has new pex plumbing, new hot water heater, new water pump and new deep cell battery. The black tank is also new. The inside is like stepping back 59 years. The inside is in great condition and has the original stove, sink, fridge and light fixtures. All in working order. The bench mattresses have been replaced with modern dense foam mattresses for comfortable sleeping. Tires are in very good condition. The outside of the trailer has one area of damage that is cosmetic only. Something scraped against a corner. On the roof you will see several hail dings none of which affect the water tight condition of this trailer. The aluminum skin has had all of the oxidation polished off and is bright and shiny. A final polish would be required for the “mirror like” finish often seen on vintage Airstreams. Comes with original tow bar and sway bars and has the original owners manual. One window has been replaced with plexiglass but its unrecognizable from original glass. A window mounted AC unit has been modified for the trailer without making any permanent changes to the trailer. This AC unit is included. The doorknob key lock is inoperable. The cross bar door latch works fine. Also included are the two propane tanks.
