This is a family camper that we have owned and loved for 5 years. We recently had another child and purchased a larger Airstream.

This unit is in great working condition. Upgrades in 2020 included: New A/C unit, new 6-gallon propane water heater, new toilet, new wheel bearings, rims, white-wall tires, propane tanks & regulators, all new curtains, all new foam cushions and stain-resistant upholstery, exterior polish job, and fabric awning. Other features: 30amp electrical service, original cabinetry, original oven, original refrigerator (currently not working), original light fixtures, microwave, and electrical jack. New battery in 2022. The camper weighs around 3500 pounds dry and pulls easily. Includes hitch, sway bar, and stabilizer jacks. Decor not included.

I have the original rims, hub caps, antenna, and water heater cover if the buyer wants them. I also have a set of aluminum propane tanks for an additional price, if interested.
