Fantastic 22’ trailer with many updates:

AC/heat unit runs great, 6-gallon water heater is exceptionally hot. Sale includes blue boy as gray water tanks were not yet installed in these models, hitch with anti-sway bars, set of four free standing stabilizing jacks and four crank down stabilizing jacks purchased new but have not yet installed. There is a crease in the lower section on the street side and a scrape on the panel above from the PO, but no holes or issues with leaks as a result. Belly pan is in good shape. Have manual and additional documentation. Clear Indiana title. This has been a fun trailer and an easy size to tow, we just need additional space for other family members to join us.
