One week for $25k firm before going to storage

1966 22’ Safari in updated condition.
New within the past year (vinyl flooring, axle, wheels, tires, spare tire, propane tanks, gas regulator, deluxe awning, exterior polished, power inverter, water pump, new $2000 in upholstery, new curtains, all copper plumbing replaced with pex, and a dozen or more odds and ends.

Original Bowen water heater may not work (never tried it). New water heater is $400 and easy to install but we dont use the shower or bath tub so we did not update it.

Air conditioning was added by prior owner and it works great.

Floor is solid, frame is solid, new window hardware, fridge works great on electric but never tried propane.

We love this camper and had great times in it but want to go brand new now. Vintage was a blast though, people always came up to us and wanted to see inside.

Weight is 3500lbs with tongue weight around 300lbs

Has original stove/oven and fridge, taking $1,000 off what we think it will sell for if people don’t want original, some do and some don’t.
