Needs a tire to tow, otherwise ready to take it to its next home. Fully electric, has water heater, full bathroom,new refrigerator new air conditioner. We have done some remodeling and the bathroom has a new toilet.
It has some rust under the stairs.
We have a Florida title. Showing her age. Would make a great guest house/ getaway!
