Exterior Condition & Features
This gem is ready to shine with polishable exterior aluminum panels. While one roof panel, replaced by an Airstream dealer, is white, the overall condition is good with a few minor blemishes. The exterior also features:

Windows, seals, and operators all recently resealed and working
An entrance door in perfect working condition
Manual Zip Dee awnings on both sides in perfect condition

Interior Layout and Condition
Step inside to a warm wood interior with a custom-built dinette and original twin beds. The restored interior provides ample storage space and a comfortable environment. Interior highlights include:

Ownership History: We have owned the Trade Wind for 20 years; the previous owner said he held it for 8 years. We restored and used it through 2020.
Why did you select this model?: We wanted a late 60’s and either a 22 or 24-foot model. We liked the wood interior, twin beds and double axle.
Why are you selling?: Starting in 2020 we finished restoring our 1967 Globe Trotter, and we are no longer making long trips for which the Trade Wind is better suited.

Exterior Condition Description:: The exterior is in polishable condition with the clear coat removed. One roof panel was replaced by an Airstream dealer and is white. There are horizontal scratches on the door side and scuff marks under the Model and serial number plate. Also, drip lines are visible in photos. Overall, the panels are in good shape, it just has a few blemishes.

Aluminum Body Panels:: One roof panel was replaced by Airstream Dealer and is white.
Roof Vents and Skylights: : Two Fantastic fans that are manual operation.
Exterior Hatch Covers and Locks:: All are fully functional with keys for locks.
Windows, Seals and Operators: : All recently resealed and working. The side windows are all Corning except one, replaced with polycarbonate.
Entrance Door: : Perfect working condition. The original lock and deadbolt were replaced.
Awnings – Location and Condition:: Manual Zip Dee on both sides and in perfect condition
Front A-Frame Condition:: Perfect operating condition with storage box and seven-wire interface box. Switches inside the box allow testing all running lights or setting lights in flash mode. Has electric jack.
Rear Bumper / Exposed Frame Condition:: Structure sound without damage or rust. Rear bumper opens to a trunk area for storage.
Frame Condition:: Reported good by Luke’s Maintenance, Fort Collins, CO when installing gray tanks and spare tire holder.
Sub Floor:: In good condition with 1/4 underlayment under Marmolium flooring
Belly Pan: : Good condition, secure, with no missing components.
Interior Layout and Condition:: The Trade Wind features original twin beds and bathroom layout. We removed the front couch and built a dinette with lots of seating and additional sleeping space. The wood interior is a highlight of the trailer: custom built dinette, sliding pocket door to bathroom, new cabinet next to refrigerator with lots of storage and new door under kitchen sink. The bed frames have been rebuilt and all the storage areas in the trailer open and close easily.
Dinette Style and Location:: Wrap around dinette with storage under the sides and wine rack under front. The table is expandable for eating and can be removed to make the dinette into a bed.
Bathroom Location and Style:: The rear bath is completely original, but fiberglass is painted with Por15 white. The toilet is new and the black tank is new. We have not used the trailer since replacing the black tank.

Sleeping Areas?: Two twin beds with very good mattresses. The structure was rebuilt. There are three storage bins under each bed. There is a lockable cubby above each bed.
Mattress and Sleeping Surfaces:: Firm mattress, clean, in perfect condition about ten years old.
Interior Soft Surfaces: – Cushions / Fabrics / Upholstery:: The cushions designed for the dinette are in perfect condition.
Curtains and Blinds: : Front and side window coverings are custom with eyelet rods, top and bottom. Mini-blind on the kitchen window.
Interior Walls: : The interior walls were white when we purchased the trailer, we have repainted white. Warping in one ceiling panel can be seen and resulted from a fire behind the frig before we owned the trailer.
Cabinets, Doors and Counters: : All cabinets and doors were rebuilt and in perfect condition. The counter tops in the kitchen were replaced. No repair is needed.
Floor Coverings:: Marmolium is in very good condition.
Stove and Oven:: Original Magic Chef is clean and completely working. Four burners and oven are gas.
Refrigerator:: Dometic RM2510, replacement, gas or 12vdc
Furnace / Space Heater:: Suburban NT-30SP is gas and forced air. It is thermostat controlled.
Plumbing – Water Lines, Water Pump:: Plumbing is pex with Sureflo4800RV. There are no leaks. Tank or city water selection valves are under sink along with pressure gauge and Taste Pure CX3000 water filter for its own spicket.
Hot Water Heater:: Tank-type Atwood G6A-7, manual light gas, is about 15 years old and working.
Sinks and Taps: : Updated and completely working without leaks.
Toilet:: Thetford Aqua Magic Style Lite is working properly with new valve
Water Leaks? Water Damage? Mold or Mildew:: No mold. The back window can leak table spoons with greater than an inch of rain. There can be water leaks through the refrigerator vent depending on the direction of rainfall, but never enough to be a problem.
Fresh Water Tank:: Original 25 gallon tank, no leaks.
Gray Water Tank: Two new 16 gallon tanks installed and not yet used.
Black Water Tank:: Original size is newly replaced and not used.
Exterior Water and Sewer Connections:: City water through street side hose connection. The tank has the original front fill. The sewer valves are custom to accommodate the gray water tanks. All have been tested and are working.
Air Conditioner:: Coleman model 8000 works. It is AC only and works great. It was installed by the previous owner. The shroud needs to be painted.
Electrical Service:: 30 amp with upgraded breaker box.
Solar / Batteries / Inverter / Converter:: Two new Group 27 batteries dated 8/22. Charger is Intele Power 9100 with Charge Wizard. Small 400watt Chicago Electric inverter model 66814, which is intended for device charging. All wiring in good code condition.
Sound System / WiFi / Connectivity:: Automotive radio above the dinette.
LP / Propane System – Tanks, Hoses, Regulator:: Two 30# certified (2019) tanks. All propane system works without leaks.
