I’ve been remodeling this gorgeous girl for about a year. I got sick recently, and I want to sell her to someone else and let them finish her. I had the entire frame taken off and the floor replaced with marine-grade plywood flooring, which is much more robust/waterproof, and durable. I paid for two exhaust fans, new wiring, plumbing under the floor only, gas line, and a water heater. The airstream also comes with a brand-new / never been used – AC unit. I have the toilet, shower head, stove, fridge, and stovetop. I also replaced the tired last year, and she tows excellent. The last thing is the new hydraulic lift – that I added after the renovation and makes towing her a breeze. The lock did lock up – I have the new one which can be replaced at your convenienc. I have the title, and I’m ready to part with her for a good hope; with one catch, you must send pictures of your travels. 🙂
