1967 Airstream Land Yacht Ambassador 28′ Vintage Travel Trailer

I am selling my beautiful, vintage, 1967 Airstream Land Yacht Ambassador 28′ dual-axle aluminum travel trailer.

Immaculate polished exterior as well as new interior upholstery, cabinetry, flooring, and plumbing components. The floor plan features a front lounge area, a galley kitchen, a bathroom, and a rear bedroom. Additional equipment includes a 3000-watt power inverter, 12-volt and 120-volt electrical systems, a shore hookup for electrical service, a 30-gallon freshwater tank, a 12-volt Artis pressure pump, and a wastewater holding tank.

Single entry door, hinged windows, clearance lights, equipment lockers, and dual propane tanks. The trailer is equipped with a Peak 3000-watt power inverter, an AC/DC charging center, 12-volt and 120-volt electrical systems, and shore hookups for electrical service with an included 25′ extension cable.

The 15″ wheels with polished covers and are mounted with 225/75 Triangle TR643 tires. Dual axles, electric brakes, and a sway bar tow hitch.

Forward sitting area features a sofa, a corner chair, a 19″ Emerson flat-screen TV, and a table that lowers to form a bed platform.

The kitchen is equipped with a double-basin sink, an Amana oven and three-burner propane stove, an Emerson mini fridge, a microwave, storage cabinets, and ceiling vents that are fitted with 12-volt electric fans. This vintage Airstream does not have a rooftop air conditioner unit.

The bathroom features a Dometic toilet, a sink, storage cabinets, and a residential-style electrical outlet. PEX plumbing piping was installed during the refurbishment, at which time a 30-gallon freshwater tank, a 12-volt Artis pressure pump, and a poly wastewater holding tank were installed. Replacement plumbing was run to the existing, vintage, water heater but not connected in consideration of a modern and more efficient on-demand system. It does not have a shower as we planned on using an outdoor shower to have ample space for a kitchen pantry and greater storage. However the plumbing is roughed in for a future shower room in place of the panty if desired.
