Trade Wind 24, under restoration and interior has been totally removed, has new exterior LED running lights all rewired with new 7 pin plug, new carlisle tires E load rating, new trailer tongue jack, 2 new 20 lb propane tanks on new tank rack with cover, new battery tray for 2 (group 31 or 27) batteries, 2 new battery boxes and new deep cycle battery. Trailer tongue and hitch replaced with some frame work done (added cross bracing) to give better support to floor in high traffic areas. All the old plywood subfloor has been removed and replaced with Expanded PVC board same used by boat manufacturers on deck boats, no more problems with rotting floors. All leaks have been repaired and all windows have new seals and new window locks. Most of the insulation is complete. New Try Mark modern entry door lock with deadbolt installed. Two MaxAir ceiling vent fans, reversible flow with rain guard covers, leave them open rain doesn’t get in. Electrical ruff-in with new stranded, tined copper marine grade wiring is over 90 percent complete. Have installed new 40 Amp Pro Mariner Smart Battery Charger & Electrical Panel. Refrigerator bulkheads installed & electrical cabinet installed. Have the original rear bathroom fiberglass units, tub and surround with ceiling end cap, also have a new/old stock 6 gallon gas/electric water heater, a gas furnace, an electric distribution AC/DC panel, 30 Gallon fresh water tank, and a 20 gallon grey/black water tank. It is a clean slate for your own design and decor. Again interior was totally removed and the restoration process has begun and will continue and as it does the price will increase accordingly.
