This fixer upper is a clean slate for someone to make exactly how they want it to be. That was the plan for us, but we quickly realized we were in over our heads to restore it ourselves & also that we needed something a bit bigger. So we purchased another. The original owner removed the windows so the ones that are there are currently plexiglass, and three are covered with plastic & taped (those were removed for start of reno). The owner we bought it from redid the subfloor all the way to the hashtag frame, installed new wood-look tile, painted the inside skins, and redid the screen on the door. The tires are also brand new. We paid $13,000 for it. The original listing is in photos. So our loss is your gain!
