This is a 1970, 27’ Airstream International Overlander with a completely rebuilt foundation and excellent shell.

This was a shell off restoration. They took it all the way down to the frame of the trailer, sandblasted, removed all rust, repaired and reinforced outriggers and frame itself; it looks like a brand new frame. They did a 3” lift and put in new axles with trailer breaks. This was all done by a professional.

* New Axels with 3” lift, brakes and break away cable
* New tires and wheels
* New 7 way trailer plug
* Restored and reinforced frame with added trailer hitch for bike/gear rack
* New wheel wells
* New marine-grade sub floor (all plastic, no wood)
* New LED running lights and signal lights
* 4 New scissor jacks included
* Brand New High Capacity Black Tank. There is no grey tank as the plan was to use a compost toilet so the black tank is double-compacity. There is no plumbing done yet, and also no freshwater tank.
* Windows are functional – all but one are polycarbonate (front right curved window is glass). The glass window is solid. Some of the polycarbonate windows have small hairline cracks at the edges.
*Some window rivets have been replaced with screws. Not sure why. Our plan was to back those out and re-buck rivet
* We were told AC is functioning but we have not turned it on as we had planned to replace it as part of our reno.

*Interior shell has been scrubbed of black insulation adhesive found in these older models.

*The exterior is in excellent shape considering the age. There are a few scratches and dings, but no major dents.

This is an *amazing* foundation to build out the rig of your dreams.

* Banana wraps (intact and no tears but could use some TLC on an english wheel)

A polish job was started on the exterior. Half of it has been polished to 1 of 3 stages. Will continue to polish as we have time, but price will go up as that’s done.

Hate to let this beauty go. Had the intentions to complete this meticulous restoration but have not had the time.
