1969 Overlander in good shape. Has been used as an Airbnb for the past two years (rental records available). New flooring, new mattress, new refrigerator. Futon folds into second bed. AC works good. Not set up for camping (could be used at places with full hook-ups). Everything runs on electric. Holding tanks were removed by a previous owner. Ready to us as-is but the floor under the bathroom has a soft area and will eventually need to be addressed. Priced accordingly. It makes a great rental unit.
