Up for sale is “The Curiosity”, a vintage Airstream Overlander. It was gutted when we bought it, and we’ve kept the interior very simple and clean. I used it as my office for a year or two, and it’s been used as an additional suite for our Airbnb in Vista for the past few years since then.

It’s 27′ long, the roof air conditioning works, as do the electrical outlets and lights. It’s been set up as one large open space, so there is no bathroom and no kitchen.

This would be a great alternative to an ADU as an additional guest suite at someone’s house, mobile pop-up retail shop, or you could renovate it to make it almost anything you’d like. Runs off regular 120v power, so 220v not needed.

I’m setting up showings the week of Nov 13-17 and the airstream will be available to the buyer after the thanksgiving break.

Registration has been kept current, and I have a clean title in hand.
