Great candidate for a renovation rather than a total restoration!

Purchased in 2018 from it’s second owner and currently selling due to health issues. Nearly everything is original. The previous owners said they had it painted and that there is the original metal shell underneath—from where the paint is peeling the shell appears to be in good shape.

It’s in overall great shape for it’s age. Electric and water system work. No structural issues, no leaks. There are some known issues that are standard for a vintage Airstream with original parts:

-One dent in the rear of the trailer

-Gas stove needs replacing

-No refrigerator

-Furnace and oven untested for 3 years, gas water heater is currently converted to electric (easy to convert back)

-AC needs repair or replacement

-Two panels on the right exterior of the trailer (to access the water heater and the fridge area) are broken at the hinges—they close, but can come open easily

-Some rust on the awning (it is functional though)

-Some of the cabinet and window locks will need replacing at some point for full functionality

-Exterior paint is peeling off in areas (though this may make it easier to restore to the original shell)

-Bathroom needs cosmetic work and currently has a compost toilet installed, but we have the RV toilet and cover that could be reinstalled

-Carpet in front need replacing

-Some of original light fixtures need replacing (the lights work, but the original shades, etc. need replacing)

-Rock guard and front center window glass need replacing
