Has MANY upgrades and main focus of building materials was sustainability.

The airstream is renovated with the highest quality additions including:
A Sun-Mar composting toilet system; no septic or sewage connection required, no water required, and it is completely chemical free. It has an excellent air conditioning system, a solar roof, and cork wood flooring, beautiful icestone countertops ( and they look brand new), SoLuna copper sink with artistic dragon head faucet, gorgeous petrified wood bathroom sink with unique swan head faucet. Highest quality super strong battery system. Nice refrigerator with ice box. Great storage, big drawers, and cabinets in the kitchen, shower & bath tub, excellent refrigerator.
It has a hand painted mural of a desert mountain scene by a Colorado artist, all modern but antique looking light fixtures, sea green pebble natural stone mosaic bathroom tiling, painted green wall in bathroom, new slate blue/grey modern paint (zero voc paint) in kitchen and fresh white paint throughout airstream (repainted 2022). New tires in 2019. However, it’s main use has been sedentary as an office space – so not much travel. Sleeps 5. 2 big sleeping spaces and couch shown in photo pulls out to full sized bed. kitchen dining room turns into sleeper for 2-3 people.
Everything works for the most part but needs some TLC– needs new fuses & other details but a handy person will figure it out no problem. Needs some body work! I have the panel to fix the door which is shown in the photo– again, I am just not handy enough to do all the body work, so that is why it has a lower price. Ideally, someone who can do the bodywork themselves and fix a few things inside would get the most out of this trailer. It is such a unique, charming, & artistic beauty just needs the right handy person to finish its upgrades!
