This is a recently remodeled airstream. Recently appraised by insurance for over 50,000. I have custom built a front dinettes into a queen bed, brand new custom cushions. New air conditioner, water heater, carpet, lights, outlets, all PEX pipe, faucets, water pump. Floor is solid been repaired any rot areas. New paint. Also had bearing repacked, repaired broken gas lines.

Things still needed. Polish exterior if you want, the door handle I have just need to have the handle bar drilled out to specific point for opening and installed. Need paint I’m the closets.

This does have a shower it’s a handheld you can mount it with something to the ceiling to put a hanging shower.

This is great piece. And great price with only minimal additional work this would be great!
