I've successfully rented this Airstream on Airbnb for the last couple of years and it has more than paid for itself. I'm now looking to build a more permanent structure so, sadly, I need to let it go. It's very cozy with a good AC unit and it stays toasty inside even in single-digit temps. It has a new mini tankless water heater and has been fitted with a flushing toilet. It also has a weight distribution hitch for smooth rides and fully functional kitchen with a micorwave, mini fridge/freezer, hot plate and water reserve tank for small excursions. It comes with all furniture included as well as the sheets and blankets I have stocked. There are two space heaters. It also includes wheel locks and stabilizers as well as a motorized hitch jack. It can run off of 30 or 50 amp but needs 50 amp to adequately run everything at once.
