I bought this last year & then my husband got injured. I can’t do the work on my own, I have no idea how to do the work needed. I just want what I have paid out of it possible. Rear bath, two twins in middle, fridge does not work (according to previous owner). I had a new ac installed & a longer electric cord added.
All original except for previous owner’s flooring. Lights come on when plugged in. There was a leak at some point under the toilet so I pulled that out but I still have it. (toilet looks newer) I’m stuck on how to fix the floor under the toilet & to fix the leak(if there still is one) I haven’t had it hooked up tp water since I’ve owned it. no front couch(or whatever was there).
I have never hooked it up to water, so I don’t know anything about the leaking. There is spray foam under the kitchen sink so I assume all of that needs to be redone. I am not aware of any roof leaks. I bought it in March 2021 & have not seen any water in it. It stays uncovered in our backyard. When we bought it my idea was to make it an office with a working bathroom, so honestly I didn’t check much & don’t know much about it. Husband said hitch & sway bar/control arms are included.
