For a little back story, the Airstream has been sitting and used as a hunting cabin since the 90s on a ranch I recently purchased. I received the clear title as part of the transaction. I have not tested all of the systems on the trailer but will tell you what I know thus far:

The electrical system works and seems to be in good shape.
Subfloor is solid with no soft spots that I am aware of.
The carpet is original and will likely need to be replaced. It’s in good shape, just 50 years old.
Water system has not been used since it was parked in the 90s but from what I’ve seen, I would assume it needs some work.
A/C unit does not work and will likely need to be replaced.
All fixtures, oven, stove, fridge are original and in good shape. They likely work but have not been tested. It looks like the gas system works as the previous owner used the fridge and stove.
Shell is in decent shape with some dents and light hail damage that I tried to highlight in the pics.
There are no leaks or water damage that I have seen.
Frame and axles are in good shape with only minor surface rust. Trailer was recently towed ~200 miles with no issues. It pulls great!
