261971 Airstream International Overlander 27’:
We are selling our vintage Airstream that we have lived out of for the last two years! It has served us well and we hope to give it a new home. Here are the upgrades that have been done in the last two -four years:

1. New 15,000 BTU AC unit with Heat Pump – Replaced in 2020
2. New Suburban tankless water heater – Replaced in 2020
3. New Dometic fridge cooling unit – Replaced in 2021
4. Axles replaced in 2019 with new wheels/tires added
5. Toilet replaced in 2019
6. Water pump replaced in 2019
7. LED marker lights, backup lights, and brake lights
8. Inverter installed in 2019
9. Seals replaced on all windows except rear window – small leak when it rains hard (gasket will be included).
10. New Zip-Dee awning installed in 2019
11. Equal-i-zer sway control hitch with 4-point sway control and weight distribution
12. 7 wire round plug
13. Chrome taillight assemblies, LED Amber and Red lights
14. All new main water lines
15. Inverter replaced
16. Rear stabilizer jacks replaced (all four work)
17. 30 lb refinished propane tanks (two)

Other items: Both the four-burner gas stove top works along with the Airstream Magic Chef Oven. This model Airstream does not have a grey tank, just a black tank and a freshwater tank.
Along with the sale of this Airstream we will include the following:
1. Leveling Blocks

3. Four-wheel covers
4. Heated freshwater hose
5. New steel braided propane hose with gauges

This Airstream also features a sizeable pantry, two closets, full size bed, shelving above bed and full-size futon. No plumbing and electrical issues. All leaks have been properly fixed. Being a 50-year-old Airstream, it does have some wear on the outside aluminum along with minor dents and scrapes. Overall, it has new Dura-torque Airstream axles. Window and door compartment gaskets have been replaced (except rear window).
