This is a fully renovated 1972 Airstream Argosy 24ft Rear Bath. After traveling the country in this beauty for 6 months, she’s been collecting dust in storage due to a change in my employment. We hate to see her go, but she’s built and and ready for her next adventure.

Gutted down to find the original frame in surprisingly excellent condition. Frame was rust treated throughout and strategically reinforced before installing new PEX plumbing, gas lines, insulation, marine grade subfloor, LVP waterproof flooring, and electrical system including a state-of-the-art solar system perfect for boon-docking. The Argosy is equipped with all new high end appliances including a 15,000 BTU Dometic Penguin AC/ + heat pump, Furion 3-Burner Oven & Range, Refrigerator/Freezer Combo, Fantastic Fans, and the highly efficient Girard Tankless Water Heater.

The newest feature to the Argosy is her brand new exterior paint job! She was completely stripped to bare aluminum and steel endcaps to allow for optimal appearance and adhesion of new paint (progress pics available upon request). The exterior seams are sealed and the trailer is equipped with all new axles, wheels, radial tires, brakes, exterior lights, electric trailer jack, baby moon hubcaps, black vinyl trim Insert, and Zip Dee awning.

The layout includes a front facing U-Shaped Dinette equipped with an air-powered table pedestal for easy conversion to a queen size bed and a 30″ x 78″ area that is perfect for use as additional living space or a privacy curtained sleeping accommodation. Both areas are equipped with new custom cushions and upholstery designed for optimal comfort. For reference, I traveled and slept comfortably for 6 months with my wife and 10 year old son.

All interior skins are repainted. The windows were removed, refurbished, resealed and rescreened.

The Argosy features butcher block counter tops and deep granite composite kitchen sink. The thoughtfully designed cabinetry and storage areas throughout the trailer allow for optimal storage and ease of maintenance accessibility.

The full bathroom includes a stand alone shower equipped with new matte black fixtures and shower head as well as a new Airhead Composting Toilet. Additional bathroom features include a ceramic vessel sink that sits atop custom cabinetry, a rooftop ventilation fan and views for days! All bathroom components are new with the exception of the uniquely shaped shower pan which has been refurbished and reglazed.
