Small kitchen with double sinks, pantry, and electric fridge, microwave, and 2 burner stove. Rear bunks convert to couch and desk with underneath storage. Rear bath with closet and shower. Completely updated and renovated. The gas has been removed and the stove (no oven) and fridge are both electric. Includes an electric microwave. All glass is intact – no cracks. Roof AC works great. Includes 2 built in electric space heaters, integrated battery charger, and electric jack.

Needs attention:

Window seals – two leak a little when it rains really hard and is windy, but not enough to cause real damage
Door seal – the door leaks some on the top where the seal is practically gone.
Belly pan – still there, but has a few spots where it’s torn out due to wind while driving
Roof vents – needs new roof vents
Kitchen under cabinet light not working
Dents – two significant dents from a tree branch in the roof. One over the door – It didn’t break the aluminum – cosmetic not structural. Another over the rear window – broke through the aluminum and has been patched with caulking and sealant tape. Does not leak, but ultimately the panel should be replaced before it starts to leak.
