Selling my 27′ Airstream Food Trailer tailored to soft-serve ice cream. The trailer has been completely rebuilt as a food trailer from the frame up. The plan was to build a super premium, hi performance food trailer specializing in top quality soft-serve products such as cones, sundaes, shakes, floats and more. The Taylor 8756-27 pressurized soft serve machine is the heart of the system, with adjustable overrun and nearly continuous output, it will create a superior product at very high volume. Also included is a 3 spindle shake mixer, heavy-duty double heated sauce pumps as well as all the accessories needed to operate. The trailer is state inspected for dairy/ food sales. The floor is 1 piece rubberized flooring over a new 3/4″ marine plywood deck, the walls are white pre-painted aluminum and quilted stainless steel, the ceiling smooth PVC plastic. The original endcaps were retained as well as the rear bath sink.
It has a professionally installed 240 volt 50 amp service to support the Taylor, A/C, 2 fridges, ac and dc lighting and all the accessories. It also has a 12 volt DC system as campers do, with several USB and accessory jacks. It has an on-Demand propane hot water heater, 3 bay commercial sink and a hand wash sink per sanitary design standards.
We had run this at events the last 2 summers and have decided it is too much for us in our senior years. In the right location this rig can pull in $2000/day.
Currently it is ready to go with the exception of 1 side of the Taylor has a minor refrigeration leak, but runs great with 1 flavor.
Offering for sale at $42,000, located in northern Vermont, so no it is not operating at this time. I pull it with a 3/4 ton pickup easily. I can negotiate delivery if interested.
