Road ready almost mint’ vintage 1972, Airstream Overlander camper. This sweet old girl’s interior is almost like it was when it came out of the factory. There has been a marine-style propane heater professionally installed in the living area. A fine addition for Colorado. I just had a pair of new Dexter torsion axels with self-adjusting electric breaks installed a few months back in the Fall. The tires are like new and the floors and interior cabinets are in great original shape. All three awnings have been replaced not long ago and are in great shape. The back drivers side corner has a small dent that I was going to try and pop out with a suction cup in the Summer when it warms up. The front window could use a new gasket at some point. Doesn’t leak but is showing some wear. I’ve also purchased new exterior and interior LED light kits which include reflectors and running lights. I’ve also purchased two sets of baby moon hubcaps for this rig that I would throw in along with hitch and sway bars upon sale.
This vintage Airstream is a rare bird that has not been gutted, nor does it need to be. It has a sound original interior and floor that’s ready for the road. I want $20,000 OBO. But would consider a trade deal that included a reasonably good 4-seat UTV, and or trailer.
