FOR SALE: Airstream needing some TLC near Narrowsburg, NY

I have a 1973 Airstream Safari Land Yacht 23′ that my family and I have decided to put on the market since we are using it so little.
Very little over the road use. Parked in Buffalo on farm when we bought it and now in Milanville PA for the past 4 years. We were going to invest in it, but due to the pandemic and other factors, decided it may be best to sell. Great shape for a renovation!

Exterior condition is very good. All windows,doors and equipment are original. All clearance lights, brake and turn signals are in working order. Power hitch works. No Propane tanks on this unit.

The tires are newish, have good tread and hold air pressure and the weight of the trailer.

Interior condition is good. Most 12 volt and 120 volt lights working.

Rear area has toilet, sink and shower, storage cabinet and a closet. The bathroom is non functional and would need to be repaired/replaced. The previous owner allowed the pipes to burst one Winter, so these would need to be replaced as well for water usage.

Center area has twin pull out/foldable couch/bunks, 3 closets, over and under couch/bunk storage bins.

Kitchen area has twin stainless steel sinks with water pump small counter space. 4 burner gas stove with oven and exhaust fan. Refrigerator is electric or gas, overhead storage above sink and refrig.

Front area has removable dining table with twin cushioned benches, can be converted to a bed. Built in clock/radio needs work. Panel with gauges working, more storage areas behind and under benches.

Ceiling of the interior needs work (see images).

Frame was just repaired, so it’s super sturdy!
