Extra AC line installed from panel to behind kitchen sink for future expansion (not connected)
Plumbing:
Water inlet hose connection located rear side left exterior
1/2 inch PEX water supply for hot and cold
2-3-4” drains for sewer hookup exiting at the rear left side exterior bumper
Residential fixtures throughout, sinks have shutoff valves
6 gallon electric water heater located under full size bed, remove bed and plywood deck for access

Draining the water system:
Shut off and disconnect water supply from water inlet
Leave trailer shutoff valve open located in the rear access door left
Open all sink and shower valves
Open hot water tank drain valve located in the access door by the bedroom window/ entry door side
Open hot and cold drain valves located in the access door below the shower/entry door side
Flush toilet 2-3 times – make sure tank is empty
Pour RV antifreeze down kitchen sink, bathroom sink, shower drain, and toilet
Blow out system with compressed air if needed
Exterior
Keep roof hatches closed during non use
Keep awnings retracted during non use
Lubricate door hinge and locks, access door locks and hinges, stairs, and leveling jacks Wash exterior with mild soap and terrycloth towels – no abrasives
Clean AC unit yearly
