Great for camping or turn it into a mobile business. Lots of new parts and time went into this including new floor, insulation, paint, tires, wheel bearings and races, window screen, all new weather seals and window stays, all revits replaced on the belly of the camper, new ac and more. I took the bathroom out to make more room along with the other cabinets and coach. I installed a 5 gallon water dispenser that has booth cold and hot water, it is not shown in the photos because I am storing it inside for the winter. Comes with air fryer, vintage propane stove for outdoor cooking, refrigerator and porta potty. Long lockers are under the bed in the back with lots of room for storage and the bed does widen out to make room to sleep two. The original metal on the inside walls has some holes from the original outlets that are no longer in use so I was planning on covering them with momentos from my traveling so you can do whatever you want .
