We purchased this trailer in 2007. It was gutted and custom rebuilt using solid and plywood Alder with push button drawer pulls. Upgraded sinks, faucets, toilet, shower/bathtub. We are selling it because my husband had a debilitating stroke, and we will no longer be taking road trips.

Layout: The settee at the front makes into a large double bed. There is a single bed midway that includes a partially completed pull-out for a double bed. Bathroom is at the back.

Plumbing: Replaced copper plumbing with PEX tubing.

Electrical: Some lighting has been installed but some electrical still needs to be completed. (Note wiring in some photos) Includes portable solar panel and controller to recharge 12-volt batteries.

Appliances:
Dual power propane/electric: refrigerator/freezer,10 gallon water heater
Propane powered: 3-burner stove, trailer heater
Electric air conditioner (works but never used it)

Exterior:
Exterior is original but in decent shape. One area at back of trailer has a minor dent.

Misc: New upholstery in 2022. Never been smoked in. Multi-swivel computer display holder. Awning is original but usable and in poor condition as is the frame. There are some other original features including an electrical readout panel, cubby with horizontal tambour doors, windows, screens and sky lights. Tires in good shape.
