Completely gutted, repaired subfloor, and newly laid premium vinyl plank flooring. Custom built queen bed frame & mattress with storage underneath. Installed cabinetry with storage, brand new LG mini fridge/freezer, live edge shelf, and boxed out wheel well.

We used the space as a mobile storefront, would be perfect for that continued or as an Airbnb! Would need some improvements (such as 12v repairs, AC repair, and lined in water to make fully functional).

This is not a complete, travel ready renovation, however is the perfect foundation for that if that’s what you’re searching for!
