Comes with clear title, all furnishings, and original manual. Avoid the time, hassle, and financial uncertainty of doing a remodel yourself. Immediately ready for a road trip, a rental, or overflow accommodations. Priced at $38,500.

Updated electrical, plumbing, subfloor, vinyl plank and waterproof flooring. 13,500 btu air conditioning unit, and new tires installed Fall 2021. Air vent covers installed, front hitch replaced, and general maintenance/tune up in Spring 2022 by Motivated RV in Dripping Springs. Easy to pull with the stabilizer bars on the hitch, and rock guard provides protection for front glass. Skin has age, character and evidence of adventures on the road.

Refrigerator and microwave one year old – subway tile backsplash installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Screens on select windows in the front and back – perfect for cooler days when you want a breeze. Queen mattress, tv, and custom linen curtains in the bedroom. Vintage mirror, artwork, hardware, stools, custom pillow and Turkish rugs from antique festival in Round Top, TX. Indoor/outdoor stain resistant fabric on cushions in seating area. Metal Elfa drawer tower from the Container store in the closet and other creative storage cabinets/baskets throughout.

Note: There are no propane tanks. (We have used a space heater in the past when temperatures have been cooler.)
There is no oven. (We use the microwave and an electric//plug- in hot plate when camping.)
The airstream is not currently equipped to be used “off the grid.” There is only one septic line (combined grey and black), and it needs to be constantly open (i.e. draining) either into a wagon or dump station. There is not much of a holding tank for sewage so its prone to back up quickly if the line isn’t open.
There is only one AC unit and it works great, but if the airstream is going to be used in the middle of summer (with high heats) and parked uncovered, you may want to consider adding a second unit above the bed.
