Chassis
-Remediated rust, repainted, and reinforced frame
-All subfloor was replaced without removing the body by lifting the shell one area at a time. Subfloor was run between shell and chassis and bolted/screwed into place, as per original design.
-Axles assessed by a trailer professional, determined that they were in good condition.
-Interior was stripped down to the shell/frame. Seams were resealed and original wall skins were cleaned and reinstalled.
-All windows were resealed. Front window was reinstalled. Front wing windows were replaced.
-All trim, decals, attached accessories removed, cleaned, resealed, reattached.
-Exterior plastic coating removed and aluminum shell was polished.
-New Brakes and brake wires installed.
-New rock guard installed over front/wing windows.
-New weatherstripping around door

-Insulation added under floors Havelock Wool and in the walls rigid foam/spray foam
-Interior paint on all wall skins
-Custom birch cabinetry boxes, doors, fixtures soft close slides/hinges. Magnetic closures to secure in transit

-Board and batten design on exterior bathroom walls
