Offered for sale is a 1971 Airstream Sovereign 31’ Land Yacht project trailer.

This trailer is architect-owned and was digitally 3D-scanned to generate an accurate SketchUp model and CAD floor plan for proper restoration. I purchased it several years ago as a partially started remodel that had been done incorrectly. Rather than continue with a compromised build, I removed the interior completely, leaving a clean shell ready for a proper shell-off restoration or custom renovation.

I am selling my office property and need to clear space, so this project is priced to move.

• Frame rails appear straight
• No known soft outriggers
• Surface rust consistent with age (see photos)
• Belly pan intact; some sections remade correctly
