This is Rosie the 31′ 1973 Land Yacht. She was great to live in full time for over a year. But I am looking to downsize. Has had a complete gut interior restoration, and many exterior restorations. Has all new pink board insulation, laminate floors, gas stove, A/C (this is early 2000s), Nature’s head composting toilet, TWO grey tanks, and a new freshwater tank and pump. All of the cabinetry is beautiful. White oak. The large front bed converts to a dinette seating area. The bathroom is a wet bath with all white oak cabinets. Rosie has all new tires as of 2021, with sensors for inflation levels. Has also had a 2″ lift installed. The frame is in safe operable condition according to the Airstream dealership in Orlando I had it inspected at. Tows like a dream! Requires truck that can tow 7,000 lbs.
