We’re ready to find a new owner for “Lucy,” our beloved 1973 Airstream Excella! This vintage travel trailer has been meticulously transformed, blending classic Airstream charm with modern comforts, making it ideal for an Airbnb rental, a mother-in-law suite, or a unique tiny home.

Lucy’s extensive renovation includes a sanded and painted frame, new interior paint throughout, new floor insulation and flooring, custom bench seating that converts to a king-size bed with ample storage, a new refrigerator, microwave, two flat-screen TVs, and a kitchen cabinet pantry. The original curved “rolling” cabinetry and overhead compartments have been preserved, maintaining her classic soul. The twin beds can be joined, and there are six double-pane windows, five of which have been restored. The air conditioning unit blows wonderfully cold air. Awnings are on both sides, featuring solid hardware, although the fabric requires replacement.
Important Considerations:
* Screens: Most window screens will need to be replaced.
* Gas Lines: Original gas lines are present, but we exclusively used shore power for all electricity and appliances.
* Tires: Lucy has been stationary on our property for 2.5 years. Tires will need to be thoroughly assessed for roadworthiness before any significant travel.
Owning Lucy means appreciating ongoing attention and care. She’s less about cross-country adventures and more suited for life as a unique homestead, guesthouse, or on-site retreat. We’re confident Lucy will bring immense joy to her next owner!
