This Beauty is located in Gorgeous Santa Barbara, CA.

1973 Airstream Argosy. This thing is a SHOW STOPPER! Absolutely nothing like this out there. We call her our Little Blue Pearl.

She is absolutely stunning and road worthy. She’s only 24 feet, which makes her easy to tow and maneuver, and fits almost any trailer campground site. Most private and public campgrounds max out at 25 feet.

But even though she’s on the smaller side, she fits 4 adults comfortably, with two standard twin size beds, plus a table and sofas that convert to a queen size bed. She would make a great guest house/Airbnb rental as the beds don’t need to be set up and put away after every use and are easy to clean.

Professionally painted exterior with high grade Airplane PPG Paint ($110/ Gallon) in Benjamin Moore Blue. Benjamin Moore just announced it will the color of 2021! Extremely durable, high performance interior paint. It’s the same paint they use in high traffic, heavy use places like class rooms and airports. We wanted to be able to Airbnb it without any issues, so we tried to make this thing as durable as possible. We had the rear professionally changed to take off the 70’s light holder and replaced the tail lights with new LED lights to create a more sleek, modern design. We spent over $13,000 in interior and exterior materials and labor, and custom bumper design.

All of the plumbing and hot water heater were professionally replaced with Pecs Piping and a more efficient Hot water Heater.

The flooring is waterproof linoleum that is scratch and dent resistant. It’s in a beautiful, subtle Blonde Wide Plank Oak Chevron pattern.

The Cushions and Cushion covers are brand new, never been used. We chose a high performance stain and pill resistant material that wicks away stains from wine, berries, etc. The twin beds are memory foam. We didn’t buy them, but there super comfortable and fit perfectly.

Custom Solid Cherry Wood Butcher Counter Tops and Table. The Oven/Stove and Kitchen Sink are the original vintage fog green color. And a new Black Matte Kitchen Faucet.

And one of the coolest features is the Forced Air Electric Heater with the Faux Fireplace feature. This thing is so unbelievably cool, and very efficient. It is remote controlled and has over 15 different color combos. It runs off of Shore Power and heats the whole trailer up in a matter of minutes. But you also have the AC/Heater, so you have two options to heat.

Customized peal and stick wallpaper in the Bathroom from Portugal.

The lights are from an independent light designer based out of Austin, TX. The Bathroom is Solid Brass, so it will only Patina and look cooler with age. The light bulbs are efficient 12 V Edison light bulbs ordered from a specialty store.

Tires are good shape. Ready to go. We towed it from Colorado to New Mexico, back to CA with no problems. Really cool original aluminum moon shaped, rounded hubcaps.

Things you may want to improve/consider after buying
• Converting to solar
• There’s no Awning
• We haven’t tried the furnace, because we already had two heat sources. But in case you need heat off the grid, it might be something you want to have checked out.
• One of the small panels on the Heater/AC fell off. It doesn’t affect the unit, it’s just an aesthetic blemish.

We poured a lot of time, funds, and love into this thing, thinking we were going to keep it as an Airbnb. But we decided to go another route, so we are parting with this beauty. Would love to see it go to someone who enjoys her as much as we have!
