Ownership History: Purchased in 2005 from the previous owner in Wellington, Colorado. Not sure how long the previous owner had the trailer, but believe it was at least 10 years.

Why did you select this model?: 24′ is a great length for longer trips while not too long to maneuver, and we liked the permanent twin beds so you don’t disturb each other during the middle of the night and the beds remain beds (i.e., don’t change into a table and chairs, etc.).
Why are you selling?: Parents are no longer able to travel and grandchildren are involved in school and sporting activities, so don’t come camping with us as much any more.

Exterior Condition Description:: Polished aluminum except for painted end caps. There are a couple of dents on the upper left hand side, road rash dimples and some small scratches here and there.

Hail Damage?: Yes, slight hail damage on roof top, but hard to see. See photos.

Aluminum Body Panels:: No full panel replacements, but there are some patches.

Filaform Damage?: None

Roof Vents and Skylights: : Good condition, manual, two fantastic fans. New refrigerator and stove vent.

Exterior Hatch Covers and Locks:: Everything works. Keys available.

Windows, Seals and Operators: : All good.

Entrance Door: : New lock and deadbolt. New weather stripping. No damage to door.

Awnings – Location and Condition:: New awning rail, but no awning.

Front A-Frame Condition:: Good condition. No rust.

Rear Bumper / Exposed Frame Condition:: Painted black, with aluminum hatch for compartment. No damage or rust.

Frame Condition:: No signs of rust. When I installed the 30 gal grey water tank, the bottom of the frame looked good.

Sub Floor:: There was a weak spot where battery box was, but that was repaired and replaced.

Belly Pan: : The belly pan is original and in good shape. It has been reinstalled with large headed rivets. Some pin lighting installed on belly pan.
Interior Layout and Condition:: Rear bath with separate shower, toilet and sink. Some discloration of plastic on shower floor and sink counter. Twin beds, goucho sink, stove, oven, refrigerator, two closets, overhead storage. All in good condition. See photo from manual for entire layout.

Dinette Style and Location:: Double fold-out table nests beside goucho. Laminate has been replaced.

Bathroom Location and Style:: Rear bath, separate shower. New toilet and faucet with new colored pex plumbing. All works well.

Sleeping Areas?: 4, two single beds and one pullout goucho. Mattresses are original and in good shape.

Mattress and Sleeping Surfaces:: Two single beds and one pullout goucho. Mattresses are original and in good shape.

Interior Soft Surfaces: – Cushions / Fabrics / Upholstery:: New upholstery on goucho (one small tear repaired). Curtains have been replaced. Good condition.

Curtains and Blinds: : Updated curtains in a double cotton tourquoise blend. Operate okay and look in good condition.

Interior Walls: : Original off white vinyl covered aluminum

Cabinets, Doors and Counters: : Original cabinet doors. Hold opens replaced with gas struts/lid stays. Edging on countertop replaced.

Floor Coverings:: Click together vinyl floor (12″ tiles). Seams got wet once but no lasting damage. Needs trim.

Stove and Oven:: Original Magic Chef stove, works well on propane, four burners with oven beneath.

Refrigerator:: Original Dometic works well on gas or electric. Some discoloration on inside.

Furnace / Space Heater:: Replaced force air furnace, gas, works well.

Other Appliances:: Radio and TV that mounts in bedroom or kitchen.

Plumbing – Water Lines, Water Pump:: All new water lines and new lighted switch for new pump above stove. Everything in working order.

Hot Water Heater:: Installed new tank, 6 gal, gas.

Sinks and Taps: : Original sink, new taps, in good condition, no leaks.

Toilet:: New toilet, in good condition.

Water Leaks? Water Damage? Mold or Mildew:: No known mold or mildew. No known leaks. One winter a pipe froze so water spilled out on floor when the trailer was started up in the spring causing some interior veneer damage. A photo depicts the damage. All plumbing repaired.

Fresh Water Tank:: 30 gal original in good condition.

Gray Water Tank: New 30 gal in good condition with new exit valves hooked to main drain.

Black Water Tank:: Original tank, 15.5 gal, valves rebuilt, in good condition.

Exterior Water and Sewer Connections:: All in good working order.

Air Conditioner:: None.

Electrical Service:: 30 amp, one connection point, original with updates.

Solar / Batteries / Inverter / Converter:: Added two 100-watt solar panels, two batteries about three years old in good condition, roof mount, charge controller, 40 amp Intelli power
